1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account as a worker or a corporate partner on the Smart Worker Card Benefits Network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Smart Card Verification Requirements

Workers must register under their real legal identities. Displaying falsified qualifications, fake experience timelines, or using another person's card is a criminal offense and results in immediate, permanent suspension of account services.

3. Subscription Payments

All subscription plans (Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly plans) are charged in advance. In active live modes, recurring plan renews automatically at the end of the duration using the secure RazorPay auto-debit payments engine.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
