Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
Registered cardholders can cancel their active subscriptions at any time directly through their worker dashboard. Upon cancellation, the card will remain valid with full partner benefits until the current billing period expires.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since the digital Smart Card is instantly generated, verified in the registry, and credentials made live to recruiters immediately upon purchase, all payments made towards Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly plans are non-refundable. Exceptional refund requests due to transaction errors will be reviewed by the admin on a case-by-case basis.
