1. Concessions Eligibility

Only cardholders holding an active, validated Smart Worker Card with valid subscriptions can claim privileges. Expired cards will be rejected by the partner counters.

2. Redemption Guidelines

For offline redemptions (hospitals, schools, lodges, restaurant checkouts), present your card QR code to the cashier. The cashier must scan the code to instantly verify your active state before applying discounts. Online promo codes must be entered during final checkouts on partner portals.

3. Non-Transferability

Coupons and concessions are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for physical cash.
